IT STARTED WITH A DREAM

From a four-wheeled childhood dream to a lifelong love affair with cars, Steve has turned passion into profession with over four decades in the automotive industry. What started as a fascination with engines and how things work has evolved into a refined ability to diagnose and solve even the most elusive mechanical issues. Combine that with his ability to empathize with his customers' needs, and you could call it his superpower—an instinctive talent for getting to the root of the problem quickly and accurately, saving customers time, money, and frustration.
 

EXPERIENCE MATTERS

With over 22 years of hands-on automotive experience in the Mandeville area, Steve has built a strong reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable leader in auto repair and shop management. As a Service Manager and Lead Mechanic at Palms Auto Service and Boyette Auto Sales South, he spent several years honing his technical expertise and customer service skills. He went on to serve three years at Christian Brothers Automotive in Mandeville, where he continued to lead as a Service Manager and Lead Mechanic, known for his commitment to integrity and excellence in automotive care. His career progressed with a three-year tenure at Autoville Tire & Car Care, also in Mandeville, where he took on the role of Shop Foreman, overseeing daily operations and mentoring a team of technicians.

For the past nine years, he has served as Service Manager and Shop Foreman at Danny’s Automotive in Mandeville, where his leadership, deep mechanical knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction have made him a cornerstone of their business. With a career built on reliability, skill, and professionalism, Steve continues to deliver quality service and earn the trust of drivers across the community as the owner and Master Technician at Redtail Automotive Clinic, serving the Mandeville/New Orleans area.
